Returns/Replacement

At www.marvellaonline.com, we are committed to providing high-quality sarees and cloth items. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return/Replacement policy:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or replacements. Please check the product description before purchasing.
  • To initiate a return or replacement, you must provide:
    • A receipt or proof of purchase
    • Your full name
    • The order number
    These details can be shared with us via email or through our social media channels.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees for returns or orders are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Missing or Incorrect Orders

If any item is missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Replacements or refunds cannot be processed after this timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
