Cotton Rose Pink & Sky Blue Mekhela Chador

Cool and comfort handwoven Cotton from Assam “Mekhela Chador” with a blouse piece is a traditional Assamese outfit for women. Out of this three-piece outfit, one is Mekhela, the bottom portion is draped from the waist downwards while another is Chador tucked into mekhela and draped around the upper portion of body with a third piece top called blouse.

Handloom effects – All handwoven pieces are unique in a way can be termed as ‘one & only’ as it differs from weaver to weaver.Again, one weavers’ state of mind at the time of weaving leads the beating that shapes the texture of the fabric.
